AFAIK unknown, since we don’t delay treating stage 1 cancer just to satisfy our curiosity how fast it would spread to other organs, thus making it incurable. But it must be months, maybe years, since we screen high risk people having hereditary colon carcinoma Lynch syndrome gene periodically by colonoscopy every two years, in which period a (this faster than normal) developing colon cancer won’t have spread yet. Normal screening intervals varies between 5 to 10 years.
